PETER CUSHING

Often referred to as ‘the Olivier’ of horror films! Cushing personified the role of Dr Victor Frankenstein in numerous Hammer films. He played opposite Christopher Lee’s Dracula - as Dr Van Helsing as well as countless other starring roles includng ‘Tales from the Crypt’, ‘Dr Terror’s House of Horrors’, ‘Hound of the Baskervilles’, ‘Horror Express’ as well as guest starring roles in several TV series including ‘1984’, ‘The Avengers’, ‘Roald; Dahl’s Tales of the Unexpected’ and ‘The Morecambe & Wise show’! He also provided appropriate menace as Grand Moff Tarkin in ‘Star Wars’.
