E.T.s SPACESHIP' from the film ‘E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial’ (1982) directed by STEVEN SPIELBERG

A memorable spaceship from Steven Speilberg’s small film about an alien stranded on Earth. The E.T.s Spaceship carried  a handful of the 3 foot tall ‘ETs’ to various planets - we see a variety of alien plant life inside.

A model in 1/72nd would stand maybe 14” tall. The egg shaped spaceship had retractable tripod landing gear and an entrance ramp. 9 pods extended when it came into land providing light around the ship. As a kit that would have been made in 1982, i imagine chrome parts for the dome (possibly in 3 parts for practical purposes) and the rest of the hull in black or dark grey plastic.

This could be a fun kit.
